01
Challenge
Universitas Cendekia was dealing with manual processes spread across spreadsheets and disconnected apps. Data was often out of sync and management struggled to get a real-time view.
02
Solution
We started with a two-week discovery, mapped the workflows, then built the solution incrementally in two-week sprints. Each sprint ended with a demo to key users.
- Modular architecture that is easy to extend.
- Integration with existing systems.
- User training and complete documentation.
03
Result
The system has run reliably since go-live and is now the backbone of daily operations. The client team makes data-driven decisions without waiting for manual reports.
